I am a Mortgage Banker and correspondent lenders with over 40 wholesale lenders
that our Mortgage company is approved with, we have a loan for everyone out there.

We are doing FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Super Jumbo loans.
We can get you approved on TBD's for those that do not have
a property yet, but want a full approval. We can close purchase in
about 21 days with a full complete file.

We can close loans anywhere in California.
We have some of the best, competitive wholesale lenders out there with us.
If you have been turned down at Wells Fargo, Bank of America,
give me a call or send me an email. There is no obligation and all you have to pay upfront is
the cost of a credit report to see what we can do for you.
Many have been turned down elsewhere, then came to me and I was
able to get a loan for them, again, there is no obligation to see what I
can do for you.

For those that may have problems documenting income due to write offs,
we have a stated product and also have hard/private money for those that
are buying investment properties and want a fast close. We can close
those in about 7-10 days.
