"1. fee ( ? )이외에 Penalty 또는 불이익 있는지?
"-->If you are going to owe taxes, filing for an extension does not mean that you don’t have to pay until October. An extension gives you extra time to get your paperwork to the IRS, not your money, that’s still due on filing day, which this year is April 18th. The correct form to file for an automatic extension of time to file your U.S. Individual Income Tax Return is form 4868.
Remember, an extension of time to file is not an extension of time to pay, if you wait until October to pay your taxes due you could end up paying quite a bit extra in fees and penalties. There is no fee in filing for an extension. You can e-file an extension for free with the TaxACT Free Federal Edition .
Please visit the web siter here for free extension;https://www.taxact.com/online/free-tax-filing/efile-taxes.asp?sc=108514230108&l=1&v=ext&kw=&ad=0&fileext=1&m=CPC&src=&ch=
"2. form을 어디에서 받을수 있는지 ?"--->You can download the form 4868 .Here is a link for you; please read the instruction on the form.

"3. 그 ,이외네 필요/우용한 정보 부탁드립니다 "--> As said above, if your return is completed but you are unable to pay the full amount of tax due, do not request an extension. File your return on time and pay as much as you can. The IRS will send you a bill or notice for the balance due. To apply online for a payment agreement, go to the IRS website at http://www.irs.gov and click “Apply for an Online Payment Agreement ” at the left side of the home page under Online Services. If you are unable to make payments, call the IRS at 800-829-1040 to discuss your options.

"Married but separate filing" a. 불이익 있는지 b. 필요/우용한 정보 부탁드립니다
-->I guess it depends on your personal taxation situation; In general, as yu know, Married Filing Jointly provides more tax benefits than filing a separate return.By filing a joint tax return, both spouses report all their income, deductions, and credits. Both spouses must sign the return, and both spouses accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information reported on the tax return. The IRS cautions, "Both of you may be held responsible, jointly and individually, for the tax and any interest or penalty due on your joint return.
Filing your return as a separate return provides relief from joint liability for taxes. However, married taxpayers who file separately are not eligible for many tax deductions and credits, and have higher tax rates. In general, it is more advantageous to file a joint return. As long as you file your return as MFS, married filing separation, you CAN'T be eligible for claiming tax benefits,i.e., tuition and fees deduction ;student loan interest deduction;earned Income Credit or even Hope or Lifetime Learning Educational Credits. So, I recommend you file your return as married filing jointly.
