Upon Plaintiff’s information and belief, these individual defendants are not alone but belong to some entities or supported or masterminded or encouraged by some entities.
Two Governments are defendants. One of them is the Government of DPRK (hereinafter “DPRK”) and another is the Government of Korea (hereinafter, “Korea”). But from these two Governmental defendants, Plaintiff is not demanding any monetary compensation but injunctive relief or suggestions by this Court to each of them respectively, whether those suggestions will be accepted or not by each of those two Governments.
Upon Plaintiff’s information and belief, all of these acts of the individual defendants are abetted or caused directly or indirectly by DPRK. If that defendant stop something or change its way of operating politics, these individual defendants will be discouraged to continue these kinds of defamatory conducts.
The individual defendants also seriously invaded Plaintiff’s privacy together with committing false personification. They expressed the tortious representations while falsely personifying that they were me or my daughter or my wife. And they searched and disclosed that Plaintiff is a poor man without any real property.
Also Korean Government made dereliction. If they control these leftist for Kim Regime, the individual defendants would have not made such tortious conducts or expressions. Plaintiff also demands Korean Government to act something against these persons.
Also Radio Korea is one of the entity defendants. Separately from other defendants, Plaintiff demands $4000 only from Radio Korea and other injunctive reliefs.
Until now, Plaintiff used many internet sites. And the involved sites in this case are stated in the above. Among them, only one, Radio Korea, is a defendant now.
