The incidents of this case occurred in the internet sites, in which the individual defendants expressed or published defamatory and/or false and/or insulting written representations that are tortious (hereinafter “tortious representations”) during the relevant period until now. The involved sites are Radio Korea, Korea Daily, lakorean aka sfkorean, Korea Times, Inje Lee.
The involved individuals in these incidents may be only one person or multiple persons, who have so many user names, and expressed the representations against Plaintiff and his fatherland, Korea, and his country, the United States, so many times. Upon Plaintiff’s information and belief, these individuals used about 184 user names, some of which are complete fake user names or quasi fake user names or contain these user names. The user names in the above part are selected from the 184 user names.
To show how false, how insulting, how humiliating, how defamatory these individual defendants’ representations are, Plaintiff selected to show them in Exhibit 1 with English translations rather than explained one by one. Exhibit 1 shows just about 1% of the whole representations made by these defendants.
As seen in Exhibit 1, these individual defendants blamed Plaintiff as a fabricator, imposter, the jerk falsely personifying as an attorney, 66-year old man, trouble maker, insane person, etc. And these representations are false or at best inaccurate. For example, Plaintiff was 61 or 62 years old at that time of the incidents not 66 years old. And many people read these written representations published in internet of the above sites.
Many times, these individual defendants expressed these tortious representations not only in the main text but also in the ripples.
Sometimes, these individual defendants use fake or quasi-fake names so that they damage both Plaintiff and other persons who are usually free democracy supporters such as “jihwaja” or “goodguyinla”.
