>라는 멧세지가 뜹니다 윈도우스7을 쓰고있고 매번 컴을 종료할때 윈도우 업데이트를 한다고 몇분씩 있다가 꺼지는데 아마 안되는것 같습니다 그래서인지 컴이 에전같지않고 ?습니다
>microsoft 에서 fix하는 (윈도우즈 업데이트 문제치료) 링크에 클릭하면 fix가 됐다는 멧세지가 뜨는데 업데이트는 여전히 에러가납니다
>어찌하면 좋을지 고수님들의 고견을 부탁드립니다

About troubleshooting for Windows update.
first check this 3 items.

1.Windows installer is started
2.Windows modules installer is started
3.Windows update is started

All 3 item can be open as below.

Start buttonControl PanelAll control Panel ItemsAdministrative ToolsServices.
Open Services then check 3 items on above list.

After that retry Windows Update, if still not works follow as this

On Services, make Stop on Windows update.

Now open C:WindowsSoftware DistributionData Store
After open Data Store Folder, click Edit, then click Select all then click right button
select Delete, click Yes.

Next open C:WindowsSoftware DistributionDownload
After open Download Folder, click Edit, then click Select all then click right button
select Delete, click Yes.

Next  as check the first 3 items again as below

1.Windows installer is started
2.Windows modules installer is started
3.Windows update is started

Now you can make Windows update.
