Precision Tax Relief is a national tax debt resolution firm, owned and operated by licensed tax professionals. Founded in 1991, our specialties include Tax Preparation Services for Back Taxes and Current Year, Tax Resolution and Negotiation Services, IRS Wage and Bank Levy Releases, and IRS Penalty Abatements. We are currently seeking a dynamic Tax Case Manager to join our team of professional CPA’s, Attorneys, Enrolled Agents. Case Managers are responsible for advising our national client base on various tax strategies and negotiating on behalf of taxpayers facing IRS collections, compliance and debt issues. Once assigned, Case Managers have responsibility for oversight of the case through to its conclusion.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
• Licensed Attorney, CPA or Enrolled Agent with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant, recent experience;
• Prior experience interacting with clients to provide consulting and compliance expertise while managing client assignments against budgets and deadlines;
• A great communicator and negotiator, able to build a strong rapport with clients for maximum engagement as well as executing effective strategies with the IRS and State taxing authorities;
• The drive to win yet diplomatic and able to effectively diffuse conflicts as a true professional;
• Tenacious, competitive, self-driven, and highly-motivated professional;
• Proven ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and stringent deadlines with excellent research and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as self-manage as an independent sole contributor;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); and
• Self-starter, “go getter,” and problem solver with a strong sense of personal accountability and desire to deliver exceptional client service.
