Would you be able to sign my prenup agreement by mail from other state? Then I will send the fee, 'valid' check, back to you? Is it possible? or not? Appreciate your confidence in me, however I strongly recommend you to retain local attorney to witness your prenuptial agreement. By the way, I'm not an attorney. One of my son is JD and obtain info from him time to time.
