영문윈도우 새로 설치후 한자로 된 파일명 표기가.....

한자로 된 파일명이 표기가 안되고 그냥 빈칸으로 나와요....ㅜㅜ

익스플로러나 워드같은데선 한자가 써지는데요,
유독 윈도우상에선 안되여...

그래서 파일명이 한자로 되어있거나 하면 빈칸으로 나오구...
메모장 같은거 열어서 한자 써도 빈칸으로 나와여...

이거 해결좀 해주세요......ㅜㅜ
