Did you check with your web host tech yet? Though their policy is not to bother with programing issues, some times, when they are not busy, they trouble shoot for you...

Dear 도움바람,
Open the cgi form with NOTEPAD & go down to the line where <Form Action ... & change your e-mail address after "s-email address" to the new one.
That should solve your problem. Just let me know if this solved your problem or not...
