Most of the dell laptops come with one year warranty on both software and hardware.  Actually, it depends on what kind of warranty you purchased.  Once you format the hard drive and install your own stuff, then there is a good chance that dell's tech support department will not support your machine anymore.  If the laptop came with a recovery CD, then you might want to recover everything back to factory default and try it again.  If you still have problems with the machine, not exploring features such as using korean input method, please call dell tech support.  You bought the warranty along with the machine so why not make a good use of it...

>얼마전 XP PRO 델 노트북을 하나 샀어요. 새거라 그런지 쓸데없는 소프트웨어가 많이 딸려 오더라구요....거기에다 안티 바이러스는 창에서 없어질 생각을 안하고 켤때마다 자꾸생기고 창을 닫아도 없어질 생각도 안하고.... 조카도 처음 컴을 사서 다시 포맷했다는 말에 조카에게 부탁해서 다시 포맷을 했어요. 근데 문제는 WIRELESS와 BLUETOOTH에서 발생했어요.조카의 경우 데스크 탑을 사용하기에 이런문제가 없었거든요. 딴건 다 괜찮은데 무선이 연결이 안돼서 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠어요. 그렇다고 노트북에 선 연결해서 사용하기도 그렇고...고수님들 좀 도와 주세요.
>그리고 XP PRO는 한국어 지원 안되나요? 한글은 읽을수 있는데 타이핑이 안되네요.
>요즘은 영한 DUAL WINDOW로 많이 사용한다던데 그건 어떤지 모든게 무척 궁금합니다.
