In case when those photos and movies arrived as e-mail attachments, you better save them on your hard disks as photo image files or movie files and burn them on CD as any file you do with. Most e-mail softwares have Export feature and you could export you

your e-mail as they are with file attachments etc. into text file or some other formats. When you saved them on your hard disk, then you can burn them also on CD as they are.
