가끕가다가, 인터넷은 되는데, c:드라이브를 열려고 한다거나, 다른 프로그램을 열려고, start>를 클릭하고 c:나, control panel등을 열려고 클릭을 해도 아무런 반응을 보이지 않습니다. 혹시 spyware등의 문제일까봐서 여기서 알려주신 PC CLEAN으로 clean up을 하려고 클릭해도 부반응....

어떻게 해야 하나요?

시스템 복원를 해보시던가  아니면  바이러스감염이면  포맷을  다시해보시던가요...

컴퓨터를 재부팅 하시자마자 시작-실행에 msconfig라 쓰시고 확인-창이 열리면 오른쪽 위에 시작 프로그램-오른쪽 아래에 모두 사용 안함을 누르시고 확인-다시시작-컴퓨터가 재부팅하면 창이 열리는데 그안의 ㅁ에 표하시고 확인하신 후에 PC-Clean을 해보세요~
