애플 데스크탑 컴퓨터인데
마이크로 소프트 오피스 업데이트를 시키언중, 화면에 애플로고가 나오면서 업데이트가 되고있다고 하는 시그널이 나오다가 멈췄는데, 컴퓨터를 전원을 뺏다가 다시켜도 계속 그 화면만 나오고, 커서와 키보드가 전혀 먹히지를 않아요.
어떻게 해야 컴퓨터를 재부팅해서 사용할 수 있나요? 며칠째 컴퓨터를 못쓰고있어요. 껏다켜도 똑같은 화면상태로 작동이 전혀 안되요. 도와주세요.
