I have WMP 11 and when I go to msn.com and watch their
videos. The WMP screen is green. I can hear the sound

i believed some codec problem. and wmp 11. go back to wmp 9 or less.you should solve problems. good luck.

Can I go back to wmp 10? wmp11 worked before. I dont remember when it started but screen is green...
