ok, your question is valid.  not easily found on google. 
long story short, depending on the format of the CD.  If it has the file formats of vcd, then you will be able to play your CD's on dvd player.  for more info, google VCD formats.

dvd 기계는 dvd만 play합니다.700mb 비데오는 avi file이라고 해서 computer에만
작동이 됩니다.물론 dvd로 burn 할수도 있구요 그러나 dvd론 player 가 안됩니다.
avi file를 converter를 사용하여 dvd file로 구우면 computer와 dvd player 양쪽다 play할수 있읍니다.
