Not answering is better than giving "completely" wrong answers since wrong answers will only aggravate the situation...  On this forum, no one is sitting in front of another user's computer and troubleshoot it them, we are simply answering some of questions that we had similar experiences with.  Having said that, wrong answers could be given at times but not as drastic as "Do not perform Windows Update" or "Reinstall Windows when not necessary."

As a novice, If you would like answering some of these questions, google it and then paste the link.

No one is avoiding answering your questions.  Your questions are unanswered because the answers to most of "your" questions are widely available on the web.
