xp쓰다가 비스타로 바꾼뒤 부턴 이런 현상이 계속됩니다

먼저 Start를 누르시고 msconfig 라 쓰시고 엔터 하세요. 창이 열리면 위 오른쪽에 Startup누르시고 오는쪽 아래 Disable All누르신 후 OK-창 닫으시고 컴퓨터를 재부팅 해보세요. 윈도우즈 업데이트 해주세요.
