님은 알면서도 대답을 안해주시면서
열심히 대답하는 kap 을 나무라는이유가 뭔가요
알면서도 답을 안하는건 답을 하려는사람보다 더 나쁘지요

they aviod my answers even though hey know it
you have not warned them who have been worse than me.
answering to questions are better than avoiding it.
some of your colleagues answer incorrectly but you have never warned them
why not
as you said kap does not have full knowledges on computer software
kap wants you also warn them who avoid even sincere questions
many computer engineers avoid answering even beginners who are
trying to learn computer
kap requests you also warn them who gave unclear answers
not only me.
why don't you make browser in message board
for readers can upload or download pictures, letters
as radio korea ?
why do you have unfair policy to public ?
you only email someone "how to do it" with prejudice
the prejudice and discrimination is against law.
do you know that ?
kap wants you answer to them for all questions instead of me if you know that
do not avoid them.
