Goto "Start" -> "Settings" -> Open "Regional Options" -> "Input Locales" -> Select "Add" -> Find "Korean(Hangul) in Keyboard layout/IME -> "OK"
Changing of Keboard mode is "Shift + Alt" then "Alt" key for English / Korean mode.
