Wadi Rum Exploration

Wadi Rum which means Valley of the Moon lies in the south of Jordan and is set on a high plateau at the western edge of the Arabian Desert. Wadi Rum is considered the reddest part of Jordan due to the colors formed by iron oxide and hence is the most dramatic in terms of landscape. The valleys and gorges leveled by the blowing sand and winter floods formed the sandstone into natural towers and curving arches. Floating in the Dead Sea

Floating in the Dead Sea is one of the most unique experiences Jordan has to offer! Just lay back, relax and enjoy the natural wonder. Why do people love to float in the Dead Sea? There are many answers to this question. Firstly, the water of the Dead Sea is saltier than that of any other water body on the earth. The concentration of the salt is about 34%. And this high concentration of dissolved mineral salts in the water makes the water denser than that of plain fresh water. And since our body weight is lighter than the density of the water our body is more buoyant in it and we float easily whereas in case of fresh plain water our body sinks. Discovering Petra

Petra was described by John William Burgon in his poem on Petra as "a rose-red city half as old as Time". Petra is located amid rugged canyons and mountains in the southwestern corner of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It was once a flourishing trading center and the capital of the Nabatean Empire. The Petra Archaeological Park was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage site in the year 1985 and in 2007 it was entitled as one of the new Seven Wonders of the World. Several scenes from the Hollywood movie "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" were filmed in Petra making it even more popular among travelers from around the world.

Karak Castle

It is the largest crusader castle ever constructed in the Levant and after its completion it became the power center for the rulers of that time.
